DEPOSIT SCHEDULE:

1 night for stays of 1-3 nights

2 nights for stays of 4-6 nights

3 nights for stays of 7-9 nights

5 nights for stays of 10 nights or more

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

More than 30 days before planned arrival = 50% refund

Less than 30 days before planned arrival = no refund

All rooms are quoted in US dollars per room and are subject to a 7% Government Tax and a 10% Service Charge.

Children under 12 stay free with parents in same room.

Three night minimum in winter season

Ten percent (10%) discount on stays of seven nights or more unless promotional rates are in effect.

Third person in room additional additional $35.00 per night.
